Happy Pi (3.14) Day! In Sioux Falls the public schools are out today and it is the State basketball tournament so my youngest and I decided to have some March Madness fun in the kitchen.
Years ago I found a super yummy and simple Butterfinger Pie recipe. This morning we decided to modify it for today's State basketball festivities. It turned out super cute so I'm sharing the recipe with you.

Are you ready? It's 5 ingredients :)
You will need:
12 (.55 ounce) Reece's Peanut Butter Cups (cut into small pieces)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (12 ounce) carton Cool Whip
1 chocolate graham cracker crust
Reece's Pieces (you'll only use the brown and orange ones)
Here's what to do:
~ Mix the first three ingredients.
~ Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
~ Use the brown Reece's Pieces to create the basketball lines. First, do a horizontal line through the center from left to right. Then, do a perpendicular line through center from top to bottom. Finish, by creating slightly angled lines towards the center on each side.
~ Fill in each of the open spaces with orange Reece's Pieces.
~ Place in that refrigerator to chill for a few hours or overnight.
We can't wait to eat it while cheering on our favorite team together and hope you can do the same. ENJOY!
xx Melissa
